Let's cook at home so, I can share the work with my family and fiends for a fun and sociable night in.
Cooking is an evolving art,the digital world have made it easier to share innovations with others. So there is always something new to try and it need not be repetitive and boring.
That way you get to enjoy a treat, know what you are eating and most importantly, get to take all the credit of a rewarded dish by your commensals.

I enjoy coloring mandalas very often

I from time to time invite my son to coloring mandalas after finishing a chess game.

Mandala is the Sanskrit word for 'circle or wheel'. Circular designs have been used throughout the ages in religious ceremonies, to decorate spiritual buildings, protect homes and for meditation.
The circle represents so many things that are familiar to us. The Earth we live on, the eyes we look into, the Moon, Sun... Circles and cycles, a forward movement that takes us round and round. The seasons, our days and nights, our menstrual cycles, life and death.

Benefits to draw or paint mandalas

  • Start of work of active meditation.
  • Contact your essence.
  • You will express better with the outside world.
  • Help expand your consciousness.
  • Development of patience.
  • Awakening of the senses. Is likely to start seeing what's around you with different eyes.
  • You start listening to the voice of your intuition.
  • We will accept and you want more.
  • You are healed physically and mentally.

The benefits of meditation have been documented and include:

  • slower breathing and heart rate
  • increase in blood flow
  • brings blood pressure back to normal
  • reduces anxiety levels
  • decreases tension in the muscles
  • increases serotonin production
  • builds self-confidence
  • enhances immune system
  • reduces emotional distress

Web design as a hobby

"It's not always that we need to do more but rather that we need to focus on less"

"I am a minimalist. I like saying the most with the least."

I enjoy the good quality in the design of websites, especially in its functionality. I haven’t had any formal education in design and I already have a full-time job so I don’t have as much time to design as I would like, but I like to doodle and make cool things when I have some extra free-time.
I’m all about making cool things and being creative.

“I like to doodle and make cool things in Photoshop when I have some extra free-time”
The hobbyist is always striving to learn and grow because he understands there is always something more to learn in the world of graphic design.

“…my free time is also spent seeking about minimal design.”
The hobbyist likes to stay up-to-date and connects with other hobbyists and professionals in the design community.

“I’m all about … being creative.“
The hobbyist understands the importance of being creative when designing for others and therefore, his work is always very original and exciting.
